ONLINE APPLICATION INFORMATION

You can only fill out ONE application per month and you must fill out an application monthly, diapers are not automatically delivered. When filling out applicant information, please use the parent or legal guardian's information.

Expect approximately 2 weeks from the day you fill out the application to when you receive your diapers. Diapers will be shipped directly to your home address listed on your application.

When filling out the online application make sure that all information (birthdates, children’s names, mailing address, email address, etc.) is correct so it does not delay processing your application.

Our main form of communication is through email. We will only contact you if there is a problem with your application.

Examples explaining the 4 month limit:

If Family A receives diapers in October 2024, Family A can then apply online and receive diapers again in November, December, and January 2025. Family A will not be eligible to apply again for diapers until October of 2025.

If Family B completes its first diaper application in February of 2025, Family B can then apply online and receive diapers again in March, April, and May of 2025. Family B will not be eligible to apply again for diapers until February of 2026.

If Family C completes its first diaper application in January of 2025 and then doesn’t need diapers in February of 2025, they can apply again in March of 2025. But whether or not they apply again in February, March, or April of 2025, Family C cannot reapply again until January of 2026 (12 months after their initial application).
