In-Home Services are available to residents of Dickinson County who are 60 years of age or better. All services are intended to support seniors in maintaining their independence and ensuring they continue to be a vital part of our community.
Before In-Home Services can be provided, an assessment to determine the specific needs of the household must be completed by DICSA staff (this assessment is a requirement of the Aging & Adult Services Administration.) Once the assessment is completed, a trained aide will come to the individual's home at scheduled times to provide care.
PLEASE NOTE: In-Home Services are provided on a donation basis - donations are then put back into the program to extend services.
Here is an informational handout about Elder and Vulnerable Adult Abuse, Neglect, and Financial Exploitation and how to get help.
