What is it?

The Howling Halloween Party for Kids is a “Make A Difference Day” project and is celebrating its 14th year in 2018!

The party is a chance for kids to wear their Halloween costumes and spend time doing something fun with their parents and friends for FREE!

It’s also an opportunity for older kids – middle and high school youth – to volunteer at the party and positively interact with their younger peers.
